Anxiety Reduction and SuperFluency Training Program

Great Speakers and Singers understand... SuperFluency
® Training

Superfluency® Training is an alternative to conventional therapies. It is a based upon the premise that stuttering and many other vocal issues are caused by bad habitual vocal techniques applied by the stutterer without an awareness of how the compensations are actually inhibiting fluency. Superfluency® Training also addresses the anxiety experienced by the stutterer as a result of failed attempts to control fluency. Superfluency® Training can replace many vocal areas including stuttering, singing, spastic disphonics, sd, strangled voice, falsetto voice, nasality, monster voice, hoarseness, froggy voice, basal voice and recurrent laryngitis.

Many people have discovered fluency by exploring how the voice is played like a musical instrument. There are many levels of fluency. The stutterer dreams of having a "normal" voice. Those who have a "normal" voice often dream of being able sing well. Regardless of your previous experience and level of non-fluency, with proper training and practice you will discover how to create consist ant fluency. The Superfluency© Method/Technique/Training is multi-level approach providing tools to develop technical-mechanical vocal mastery, and an alterative to negative pre-stutter onset self-talk and consonant emphasis compensation associated with sub fluent vocal production. These methods will require the student to be willing to replace their current vocal identity with a new one. This will require habitual practice and repetition until the new methods become second nature and desired habitual competence level is attained.

Building upon a foundation of kindness, we explore all areas the voice in a way that you may have never explored before. If you apply yourself, you can obtain an authorative, internal physical understanding of vocal production, exploring all elements of breath, speaking on the exhale, vocal phrasing, vocal compression, sympathetic resonance, tongue placement, articulation, tempo, naso, oro and laryngo vocal horns, vowel emphasis, relaxed speech and so much more.
Our foundational training package can completely retrain your speaking process within a number of weeks. Develop new sound and respiratory skills, including diaphragmatic breathing, continuous airflow, pre-voice exhalation, syllabic stretch, continuous phonation, and stress management tools.
